Ellipse Property has commenced demolition of Stage One of its landmark $850 million masterplanned community, Carrington Place – the largest residential community in Castle Hill in Sydney’s burgeoning Hills District.
Ellipse Property appointed Decode to complete the construction of the project earlier this year in September. Two adjacent residential houses will be demolished as part of the demolition works with construction due to commence in Q1 2024.
Ellipse Property Associate Director Puja Khanna said Ellipse Property together with its builder partner, Decode is tremendously excited to start demolition on its landmark project, Carrington Place.
“Today marks a significant milestone for our entire team as we embark on the construction program of our most significant project to date Carrington Place. It’s a major undertaking for our company and a project that has drawn on the expertise and specialisations of a team of market leading consultants, architects, planners, engineers and builders.”
“As the largest residential project in Castle Hill, Ellipse Property is delighted to be delivering such a significant multi-staged, game-changing project for the local Hills community, a major component of the transformation and evolution of Castle Hill.”
Having only recently launched in October, Carrington Place saw strong demand from local buyers looking for quality, larger-sized apartments and confidence in the developer/ builder.
“Immersed in nature and designed in keeping with the natural flow of the Cattai Creek, Carrington Place will set a new benchmark for modern living featuring the most premium, house-sized apartments in Castle Hill,” Ms Khanna added.
Award-winning iCIRT-rated construction company, Decode
Ellipse’s construction partner, Decode won the 2023 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award in the Mixed-Use Development category for the construction of its Burwood Grand residential project in Sydney’s inner west earlier this year.
Decode also was one of the first 20 construction companies to receive a gold star iCIRT rating by the Office of the NSW Building Commissioner in May 2022. The company was in the very first group of companies to receive this rating.
Providing an unbiased and independent review of an organisation, an iCIRT rating is obtained through a thorough assessment of all aspects of a business, aimed at building transparency in the industry and trust with the Australian families and individuals looking to buy-off-plan.
NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler said: “The Decode journey aligns with Construct NSW. The industry is starting to get on board with the massive reforms and Decode is a leader as one of the first 20 movers into the iCIRT rating space. And the great thing about leadership is people always remember who went across the finish line first.”
